We are not accountable for any loss of Money or Sensitive information of the customer who shares his/her login credentials and OTP or Bank account details with others. On Cancellation and Refund

We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

We would like to know the reasons behind the customer's product cancellation decision to cancel any product to improve our services. To claim the Refund from Village Mantra, we prioritize a few criteria for both parties. The considerable criteria are:

• After receiving the returned products with their untempered conditions to the logistics team, we initiate the Refund.

• It will take 3 to 5 business days to credit the amount to the customer's bank account number.

• Product return with its original conditions is liable to initiate Refund amount to the said customer.
